Skiing Holiday - Mont Tremblant, Canada with Neilson. This resort opened in the 1930s offering quality skiing in a refreshingly different atmosphere, which holds true today. Convenience is key with skiing, shops & accommodation all within a stones’ throw of each other. It is an official Intrawest Resort with a state-of-the-art lift system serving over 600 acres of exciting tree-lined trails ranging from easy greens to taxing blacks many of which overlook the beautiful frozen lake below.While not the largest ski area this picturesque resort is good for all abilities. The fantastic ski school & nursery area ensure beginners are well catered for.
The regions’ early Québec heritage is evident in the pedestrianised, cobbled streets, lying at the foot of the slopes. Excursions & activities are on offer throughout the day. Early evening the numerous bars & restaurants are buzzing with après-ski activity - with a great emphasis on family fun.

Beginners
A dedicated beginners area with three magic carpets coupled with one of the best ski schools in North America, ensure that first time skiers are well catered for. The"Nansen" on the South-side is perfect for learning. We advise to pre-book your lessons as at peak periods demand is very high.
Intermediates
The resort is perfect for intermediate skiers, with miles of well- groomed, tree-lined runs – perfect for confidence building. we advise you to pre book your lessons as at peak periods demand is very high.
Advanced
The long runs on the South and North side of this impressive Mountain are perfect for high speed cruising. There are some steep blacks that will test even the most proficient skier and the glade skiing is excellent, particularly after a fresh fall of snow.
Snowboarding
Snowboarders are welcomed at Mont Tremblant. Two dedicated freeride parks on the north side feature a variety of exciting runs, quarter-pipes, half-pipe and jumps. There is also an absence of drag lifts in Mont Tremblant.

About Neilson
We've been around for around 25 years. We started as two separate companies, one providing top-end ski holidays and the other taking people sailing in Greece. For around two decades we became better and better at putting together holidays, one company doing fun things in the snow, the other having adventures in the Med. Then, in 1999, Thomas Cook, who owned both companies, decided that it would make sense for us to join together. That was when the famous orange logo appeared, and Neilson as we know it came into existence.
